Bella Hadid surprised protesters in London’s Oxford Street by joining them in an anti-Trump demonstration.

The Sun reports that the 21-year-old certainly stuck out among the crowd as she protested against the US president’s controversial move to recognise Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

While the other demonstrators were more casually dressed, Hadid was dressed to the nines in a glittering sequin gown and sky-high heels, covered by a white fur coat.

The model, who is of Palestinian descent, had just been partying five minutes away from the protest at an event staged by luxury watchmaker Tag Heuer.

As she was driven away from the bash, Hadid’s limo was held up behind the protesters, who had gathered outside the US Embassy near to Hyde Park.

So instead of hanging around, Hadid got out of the car and joined the march for a few minutes before getting back into her car, and heading off into the night.

She appeared to get into the spirit of the protest, and was seen shouting and raising her fist into the air.

The demonstration was against Donald Trump’s controversial decision to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

Her father, property developer Mohamed Hadid, said on Instagram that Mr Trump’s decision marked “the saddest day of my life as an American Palestinian.”
